1.The accommodation contract and related agreements entered into between this hotel and its guests shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by applicable laws or generally established customs.

This hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract under the following circumstances:
- When the accommodation application does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When there is no availability of rooms due to full occupancy.
- When the person attempting to stay is likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals related to the accommodation.
- When the person attempting to stay is affiliated with organized crime, gang members, gang-related parties, or any other antisocial forces (hereinafter referred to as "antisocial forces").
- When the person attempting to stay is a corporation or other organization that is controlled by organized crime or gang members.
- When the person attempting to stay is a corporation and among its officers, there are individuals who fall under organized crime.
- When the person attempting to stay has engaged in behavior that significantly disturbs other guests.
- When the person attempting to stay has engaged in violent demands or demands that exceed reasonable limits towards this hotel or its employees.
- When the person attempting to stay is recognized to be suffering from a contagious disease.
- When the person attempting to stay demands an unreasonable burden beyond reasonable limits related to the accommodation.
- When it is impossible to accommodate the person due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
This hotel may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract under the following circumstances:
- When the accommodation application does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When there is no availability of rooms due to full occupancy.
- When the person attempting to stay is likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals related to the accommodation.

If this hotel accepts reservations for accommodation that are made in advance of the stay (hereinafter referred to as "accommodation reservations"), the hotel may request the following information from the applicant of the accommodation reservation, within a specified timeframe:
- Name, gender, domicile, and occupation of the guest.
- Any other information deemed necessary by this hotel.

However, when there is a cancellation of part of the reservation for a group booking (defined as having 15 or more members, hereinafter the same), the cancellation fee will not apply to the number of guests corresponding to 10% of the reserved number of guests on the day that is 10 days before the accommodation date (or on the date of acceptance of the accommodation reservation if it is made after that day, whichever is later), with rounding up for any fractions.
If the guest does not arrive without notifying the hotel by 8:00 PM on the day of accommodation (or 2 hours after the explicitly specified scheduled arrival time if indicated in advance), this hotel may consider and treat the accommodation reservation as canceled by the applicant.
In the case where the accommodation reservation is deemed to be canceled as per the preceding paragraph, if the guest can provide evidence that their failure to arrive without notifying the hotel is due to public transportation delays or cancellations or other reasons beyond the guest's responsibility, the cancellation fee in the first paragraph will not be charged.
If the applicant of the accommodation reservation cancels all or part of the reservation, this hotel may charge a cancellation fee based on the provisions specified in the separate table, Cancellation Fee Regulations.
